Now Is Not The Time To Become A Youtuber

Lean Mfers create their own trends.

Lean Mfers only copy stuff worth copying.

Lean Mfers are not afraid to get into fistfights defending their beliefs.

And that’s why…

Starting a YouTube channel, to “build an audience”, or “create content” is not something a Lean Mfer does.

If you look at how YouTube evolved over the years…

It went from…

Shooting low-quality videos on your phone in a zoo and getting 277M clicks.

Me at the zoo

To…

Dopamine tricking your viewers with hooks and clickbait thumbnails into them giving you as much of their attention as possible.

Train vs Giant Pit

The one that mastered this “dopamine rug” the best is Mr. Beast.

And soon after, all go-ros online started copying him.

And that’s how we’ve arrived at this special moment in time.

Creator-audience relationships are at an all-time low.

Everybody’s copying Iman Ghadzi and Alex Hormozi.

And nobody’s making any real money.

While what you actually want is…

* An audience trusts, believes, and wants to buy everything from you (even if you have an agency or software offer)

* An audience that you own audience and a life without relying on algorithm changes and lying awake at night being worried about getting #metoo’ed.

* A F*ck You Army that follows you around, no matter which platform you decide to take over. (Rumble Boys)

And that’s why we’ve developed the “Lean Mfer Brand Monetization Strategy”.

  1. Build Your MVG (Minimum Viable Guru)

  2. Polarize on Social Media (Choose enemies and go after them)

  3. Build Your F*ck You Army

  4. Get Your Community To A Safe Place (Backed Up Email, Telegram,...)

  5. Connect with them every day (notifications, voice memo, email)

  6. Sell them solutions to problems (Own Products / Affiliate / Community Access)

While doing this, give yourself a check every day to make sure that you stay non-needy and completely authentic.

You can also ask your friends to press the “Soy-Boy-Buzzer”, whenever you post something too woke, too nice, or ask for the attention of others.

General rule… Defy industry norms at every opportunity.

If everybody is out there optimizing for thumbnails to dopamine rug their audience.

Use no thumbnails…

No clickbait, super small and vicious f*ck you army
